We respond to requests you make on our website, either by email or by phone.
We process your reservation and booking details.
Only with your consent will you be added to our email marketing database (please note, we only add you to our email marketing list if you agree by ticking a check box).
We collect information from you when necessary to process your request, reservation or payment. We only use cookies when they are required, but they do not contain any personal information about you, and they expire within 30 days.
Respect for privacy life
The Manor of Keraouël respects the privacy of its guests and potential guests. No information about the customer will be disclosed to third parties. However, if you confirm that you wish to book a stay, we may have to pass on your contact details to the owners of the Keraouël estate.
We will keep the contact information for a period of 6 years. We may analyse this information to understand trends over time and continue to improve our customer service.

Access to information held about you
You have the right to ask us to provide you with the personal information we may hold about you and request to know what we use this information for. You also have the right to request that we delete your personal information. Upon receipt of such requests, we will endeavour to respond to you as soon as possible, but at least within one month.
If you believe that the personal information we hold for you is incorrect, please let us know and we will rectify it as soon as possible.
